Please be sure to read our delivery policies carefully before ordering

• We deliver 7 Days a week 365 days a year
• Our standard delivery hours are 8.00am - 7.00pm
• We have same day delivery guaranteed for all Metro Manila orders received before 1.00pm local time (+8GMT).
• We have next day delivery guaranteed for all orders outside Metro Manila (Provincial) received before 2.00pm the day before delivery is required.
• Please state your preferred delivery time when you order. We are unable to guarantee exact delivery times between our standard delivery hours of 8.00am - 7.00pm but we do guarantee that the order will be delivered on the delivery date specified.
• We deliver to all residential, commercial, public, retail and government addresses.
• It is vital that we receive a contact telephone number of the recipient so we can ensure successful delivery in the unlikely event of a delivery problem.
• If we do have to contact a recipient by telephone we will not inform that we are delivering flowers as not to spoil the surprise. We will ONLY call if there is a problem finding the address or the recipient is not available when we deliver.
